Billy Bakes was born in 2024, but the dream began long ago. Founders Will and Dan have a lifelong friendship spanning nearly 25 years – with the most recent years spent bonding over all things bread, cookies, pizza, and more.
Perfecting the recipe
The dream of opening a bakery became closer to reality in the summer of 2023 when Will catered Dan’s wedding to rave reviews from all in attendance. Guests were stuffing their pockets with cookies to bring home. Will and Dan realized that they might be on to something, and it was time to start a bakery together.
