What customizations do you offer?
We’re happy to work with you to customize your order! We offer personalized stickers on our individually wrapped cookies as well as custom messaging. We can even accommodate custom flavors with advance notice. Minimum quantities may apply for customizations.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We typically require advance notice of 3 to 4 weeks for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customizations.
When something comes up unexpectedly, we're still happy to try to accommodate a shorter window if we can. Contact us, and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We sure do! When ordering $1,000 or more worth of cookies (for example, that's 21 or more 8-pack gift boxes), you will receive a 10% discount off your order. Please note, the $1,000 threshold does not include the cost of shipping and shipping costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
